What is The Green Grocers Daughter?

The Green Grocer’s Daughter is an exciting Hamper Company brought to you by Sharon and Paula Fitzpatrick that is offering luxury hampers to the Irish and International markets. Our fabulous hampers combine quality Irish staple pantry items from artisan suppliers, including Green Grocer’s Daughter home-brand products, sophisticated beverages, and wonderful sustainable homeware gifts.

 

What Hampers can I order?

On our website we have got a comprehensive list of hampers which are suitable for all tastes and budgets. Should you have specific requirements please reach out to us on sales@greengrocersdaughter.com and we will see if we can assist you.

 

How Do I Order a Hamper?

Once you have decided on a hamper which you would like to order you click ‘Add to Basket’ and then proceed to check out where you can input all the details and pay by card. Then all you have to do is sit back and relax until the package arrives at the recipients front door.

 

Can I order more than one Hamper per transaction?

There to no limit to the amount of hampers which you can order in one transaction, however there is only the facility to ship to one address per transaction. Should you have a requirement for a bulk order to multiple address please contact the team on sales@greengrocersdaughter.com

 

Can I swap items from one hamper to another?

The range of hampers have been carefully chosen & designed based on specific criteria and swapping or substituting of items is not possible.

 

Are there any perishable foods contained with the hamper?

Based on your hamper choice some items will require refrigeration after you receive your hamper. These items are clearly marked on all products requiring refrigeration.

 

Can I change or cancel my Hamper choice after ordering?

If you would like to switch your chosen hamper, we suggest that you contact us at sales@greengrocersdaughter.com  or call us on Telephone 01 4663005 within 24 hours of your original decision. Once your hamper has shipped, a change of hamper is not possible.

 

Why do you need my personal information?

The information we require is necessary to process and ship your order. This information will be stored and processed in line with current GDPR guidelines.

 

What personal information do you require to process my order?

To process your order, we will require the following information, Full Name, Full Address, Eircode, Email address and Mobile telephone number of the person receiving the hamper.

 

Where do you deliver to?

Orders can be shipped to any of the 32 Counties of Ireland, the UK and mainline Europe.

 

When and How will you ship my order?

Once processed, your order will be prepared & shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) unless a later date for delivery is chosen on checkout.

 

How long with delivery take?

Upon receipt of your order please allow the follow for shipping timelines as follows:

4- 6 working days ROI

5-10 working days UK

7-14 working day Mainland Europe

 

What time will delivery be made?

Your order will be shipped with our network of partner couriers, who are unable to provide a timeline window and you will receive an email close to delivery date with tracking details.

 

What happens if I am not at home when my delivery comes?

If you are not at home to receive your order, the courier will make one more attempt to deliver your package before it is returned to sender. Should this happen please contact sales@greengrocersdaughter.com

 

How will my delivery be packaged?

Your order will be packaged inside a branded Green Grocers Daughter hamper box, within an outer brown cardboard box for added protection.

 

What do I do if my delivery is damaged?

In the unlikely event that your hamper contents are damaged during transit please contact us on sales@greengrocersdaughter.com where we will be happy to assist you. Be sure to keep damaged or opened post and any packaging for inspection.

 

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

In the unlikely event that your hamper has not been delivered within the stated time frame and your tracking number is not working or unavailable please contact sales@greengrocersdaughter.com where we will be happy to assist you.
