How can I pay? / What are the payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards. If you wish to purchase a bulk order, we can create a payment schedule specific to your booking.
I am ordering from abroad. Do I pay VAT or tax on my purchases?
No, the VAT is inclusive in the prices quoted on the website.  This will be detailed to you on the breakdown purchase receipt.
Can I cancel or return an unwanted gift?
Yes, you can cancel an order within 72 hours of delivery as per our terms and conditions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept an unwanted gift return.

Will my Recipient know the value of the gift(s) I am sending?
No, the recipient will receive their gift however you must indicate this whilst placing the order in the comments section.
Will my Recipient know who the gift(s) is from?
Yes, a greeting card message can be included in the hamper.
How do I order?

Where do you ship to?
We ship around Ireland nationwide and can ship to the UK & EU Countries upon request.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on location but standard Dublin rates is €7.50 – this will be re-confirmed when placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take up to 72 hours depending on location.
Can I specify on which day to deliver my gift?
Yes when placing the order you will be given an option to select your preferred delivery date.
Are my credit cards details secure?
Yes, as we use Stripe to process all payments
What are your business hours?
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
Can I add something to my order?
Yes, we can add in items to your hamper upon request –email sales@greengrocersdaughter.com for more information.
Do you offer branding opportunities for corporate gifts?
Yes, we can tailor make hampers to include a company’s logo, branded cards, corporate ribbon, compliment slips etc. and we can also incorporate branded gifts into the hampers – email sales@greengrocersdaughter.com for more details on corporate branding and hampers.
Do you offer delivery to each employee’s house?
Yes, we will create a package price based on the number of hampers ordered and deliveries
When is the last dates for ordering my Christmas Hampers & Gifts?
Ireland & Northern Ireland is December 20th Within the European Union is  28th November 2020
Is your packaging Eco & Environmentally friendly?
Yes, we are proud to say The Green Grocer’s Daughter packaging is all fully recyclable and environmentally friendly.
What happens if there are any damages or breakages?
If for any reason the hamper arrives in a damaged state we would ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery to inform us of same at sales@greengrocersdaugher.com – where it is the fault of the delivery process, a new hamper will be sent out to you and the old one returned back to the driver.
